This hotel is very comfortable and homely. We chose the breakfast-only bundle, and although the breakfast was simple, the workers were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something, they would help. The room itself was a studio. This studio had everything we needed. The kitchen was clean, and the room service was immaculate. The cleaners were very friendly and helpful. They would do it immediately whenever we needed to clean the room. Overall, there is not much to say about this hotel because we were only there to eat and sleep, but during the time we spent in this hotel, we were satisfied with the hotel and would recommend other tourists to stay in this hotel.

"Comfortable. It’s almost 30 min from downtown but I would stay there again."

They offer 24 hour hot water, tea bags, lemon, honey, coffee and cold water to drink. The front desk staff is friendly. Parking lot is large and free. Plenty of food places in walking distance. Publix supermarket, Dunking Donuts and Nail salon just a small sample of the number of stores in walking distance.

The breakfast is hot but not sufficiently extensive and lacking much variety. I asked the front desk for extra pillows but was told none are available.

The Residence Inn in Lake Mary is a beautiful hotel with great amenities and it’s very comfortable, clean and the decor is very inviting also! A special thank you to Kathy at the front desk for being so welcoming and amazing and helpful in every way! You made our stay even more special with your outstanding kindness!! You are amazing!! The location of the hotel is also very convenient as there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which was helpful. It’s also approximately 7 miles from the Sanford airport, which is why we chose to stay there. It truly is a lovely hotel, which was moderately priced and I would highly recommend it to others! You will be very pleased with your stay!
