"Value was only towards location and not the quantity."

The location was great; just 15 minutes south of downtown. Plenty of parking that was free. Old part of Chicago where the White Socks Ball Field was just a few blocks away. The sheets on the bed were very nice. TV was nice (roku).

The both Elevators was very scary and felt I could break down any minute. The room was hot even with the AC on all the way. Only 2 pillows on the bed, the carpet was stained with lipstick (i hope), no microwave, the mini fridge was dirty, one soap dispenser was broken and there was no hand soap for the bathroom, nail polish on the tub.

"Disappointed as all past experiences have been great."

Everything. Disappointed. Usually have a really good experience. Staff was very unprofessional at checkin, elevator didn’t work. Room look like it wasn’t cleaned and looked like it was slept in. Faucet on tub had no cover. Body wash/shampoo dispenser was broken. Not one full set of towels. Only one face towel.

Room was clean and roomy.first time in Chicago. It was close to a lot of things.

No soap in the dispenser or enough towels for 2 people.

There was no soap and only shampoo available in room. On calling to front desk , I was told that hotel ran out of soup and will provide first thing in morning which off course never happened. Elevator get shut down after 10 pm or so with label of out of order and started working in morning. Similar reviews submitted by others so not an isolated single incident. Room was ok for price. Find a better hotel if staying more than one night.

"They stay was good clean room and felt safe but didn’t like how I’ll un prepare the hoteles"

Looked nice walking in and rooms where clean

Didn’t like how our room wasn’t ready and said it wasn’t on the system so we waited 30 mins even having it’s booked for over 2 weeks. They didn’t have nothing in the eating erea for the costumer
