This hotel did not have enough cleaning staff which cause us to miss our reservation and was unable to get a room at checking time. They had multiple customers waiting on a waiting list to get there rooms.

"The stay essentially did what I wanted to but the hotel could be cleaner and service could improve."

Location was great. Parking was convenient.

Staff that checked me in was a little standoffish. Responded to a couple questions like they didn’t know what I was talking about.

"The hotel was absolutely the worse hotel I have ever been to and overall it was very bad experince."

Nothing! The hotel was so horrible and dirty we left 20 mins after arriving.

We did not like anything about this hotel. The Photos were very deceiving. It was actually below subpar. The first red flag was when we noticed that the the receptionist was feeding her dog behind the reception desk. The rugs in the lobby and in the room were so dirty and filthy if I had dropped something I would not have picked it up. This hotel was so disgusting we left minutes after arriving to find good a better hotel. Even though we has to forfeit our full payment for four night. Also the parking for cars appears to have been broken into and it was not a safe place to leave your vehicle

No vending machines, broken elevator, and extremely dry, unpleasant front desk employees, slow, not hospitable, didn't inform me of the parking arrangements, almost got both cars towed away, if I hadn't asked 🤔
