The lobby, the staff, the room,

Staff were helpful. There was no breakfast. I had to order food from vendors. The room was ok

The money spent was too much for services received. TV did not work throughout my stay. No coffee, creamer or sugar in the room and non with front desk. No shuttle so I spent so much on Ubar The elevators refuse to work sometimes

Cuando hice el check out me dijeron que la factura estaba en booking, fui a booking y no había, tenía que solicitarlo, llevo casi un mes pidiendo la factura y no me responden,

The Asian lady at the front desk will yell at you if you asked her for coffee and cups. And there was a baby roach in the bathroom

Staff try hard to have things working out. The room was comfortable and spacious. Nice coffee pot in the rom. Very good beds. Air conditioning is efficient. Good furnitures, chairs and desk among others amenities.

Lift regularly out of service - generally quickly fixed. We have to ask for room service such as cleaning and fixing the beds Parking lot full or near full. Not much room to park. Need more staff.
