Miss Demetra at the front desk was very patient and polite. I appreciated our conversation when checking in. The breakfast is very much appreciated; it offers all the hot or cold food options that I enjoy. This was our third time staying at this location. It's our "go to" hotel.

A second elevator would be helpful.
