"Help in time of trouble ."

Thank you for your kindness toward my family and I .My brother had passed away at Kettering Hospital and my sister and two nephews had flown up from Texas .They were waiting for their flight and we took over the cafeteria and lounge till they had to leave.Thank you for being so gracious. I think I might have won you some new customers .

We were very well pleased with everything.
