Elegy Hotel

Yllättävän siisti ja laadukas hotelli, eikä sisäpihalle suuntautuneista ikkunoista kuulunut meluakaan. Hissi ei taida sopia lihavimmille.

Asiallinen hotelli kaikin puolin. Aamupalalla emme käyneet joten siitä ei mitään käsitystä. Respassa mukava ja englantia puhuva henkilökunta. Huone oli viihtyisä ja siivous toimi aivan kuten pitääkin. Joillain sivuilla kauhisteltu hotelli kerrokseen vievää rappukäytävää ja siinä olevaa hissiä, hissi toimi neljänteen kerrokseen saakka kun viidenteen olisi pitänyt päästä ja rappukäytävä oli karussa kunnossa mutta en tekisi näistä ongelmaa. Hotelli on kuitenkin edullinen ja huoneissa, henkilökunnassa ja hotellin sijainnissa ei ole mitään moittimista.

Останавливалась почти на неделю. Была очень удивлена тем, что за такую низкую цену я получила такое качественное обслуживание. Чистый номер, сам отель находится рядом с Невским, в центре, очень удобное месторасположение было. С завтраками тоже всё хорошо. Я осталась очень довольна!!!

Для своей ценовой категории очень неплохой мини-отель с удачным месторасположением. Хотя сервис был очень ненавязчивым, в номере всегда было чисто прибрано, а в наличии были чисто выстиранные полотенца и бельё. К минусам отнесу сломанный фен, ремонтом которого никто, похоже, не озаботился!

Отличное расположение. Прилетели поздно, а в отель добрались без проблем! От метро не далеко. И совсем рядом с центром города.Есть желание воспользоватья этим отелем еще раз.

I stayed here for two weeks and the value for the dollar was great. The hallway is a little dark, the elevator is a little small, the staff is a little hit and miss on who speaks English and how much, but overall it was a very positive experience and I would stay there again and recommend it without hesitation. The breakfast is as much and more than many American budget hotels. The rooms are small and sparse like you might get in NYC, but clean and comfortable certainly. I don't understand why they can't just hang a light by the entrance door in the hallway - it would enrich the whole experience enormously.

My wife and I were concerned that for such a great price we would be in a lesser hotel, we were so wrong! We had to pleasure of having the best view! We booked a comfort room with a double bed and we stayed in the room with the balcony! We will certainly be staying in this hotel next time we visit St. Petersburg. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. We felt very safe in this hotel as well. The location couldn't have been better! We were a 60 second walk from Nevsky Prospect, a 10 minute walk from the rail station, 5 minutes to nearest metro station, and 3 minutes from nearest bus stop. We will definitely be back in Saint Petersburg soon, there is so much to see and we wish that we stayed longer than 2 nights and three days! Next time we will stay for at least 5 days 4 nights!

The information on a site from which we booked our trip was inaccurate and misleading. The visa service "offered" is not free and the free shuttle from/to the airport is 1500 Rubles which is three times as much as the cost of a normal taxi ride from the airport.

Bad experience, homeless people sleeping on the stairs , poor cleanliness. Not recommended

This Hotel was an okay place to stay. Housekeeping occurred daily. Breakfast was not very "encompassing". Staff was friendly and let us check in early. The only complaint I had is that the other tenants who were located on the 5th floor (next to the hotel) smoked right outside of their room in the hallway so as SOON as you exited the hotel to the hallway you were overwhelmed with cigarette smoke. Location was great and the staff helped us get to where we needed to go when we asked them. One day the staff dropped the ball and forgot to get us a wakeup call so that we could get to the train station in time. Luckily we had jet lag and got up early on our own.
