Hilton Garden Inn Tallahassee Central

The beds were fantastic, the room temperature was acceptable, however the breakfast was not to our standards and there was no room service available. Food was leftover in the fridge and we had to throw it away ourselves. Wi-Fi did not work, but they may have been due to user error. We paid over $800 for a 2 1/2 day stay. Not worth the money.

Great customer service and beautiful place to stay

Avoid this place! Not up to Hilton Garden Inn standards! Carpet in room was filthy and lamps are rusty and old! Desk chair had holes in seat fabric! We got in late after sitting in stopped traffic most of the day so were tired and ready to sleep but very disappointed in the room condition! Property is badly in need of a remodel!

We only stayed one evening and had an early departure the3 folloiwng morning, so really did not use any of the hotel's amentities. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Only bummer was the Keurig in our room was not working, but the morning front desk staff had the coffee ready in the lobby ready promptly at 5:00 AM.
