Beautiful location! The hotel is older but the view from the deck was terrific.

Very beautiful scenery . the hotel needs more staff

Everything was great except the paper thin walls and super noisy neighbours in room 110. They were yelling and swearing and had the TV so loud. The movie they were watching also included a lot of yelling and swearing. Other than my inconsiderate neighbours, the whole Lund experience was amazing. The check in process was not good at all There was a young teenager at the desk when we first arrived who obviously was not interested in being there. Told us to park across the street and pay. We found out there was free parking behind the hotel which we subsequently used. The room was fine, the hotel was short staffed and the women that were working in the bar were fantastic. They were run off their feet but were quick, friendly and did their best. Just the check in process was very poor with a bored, disinterested youth who should not have been the 1st person to encounter at the facility

Great location to launch out of to enjoy Desolation Sound

If we could give the front staff 10 stars we would. They were kind and had such a great sense of humour. We heard the staff deal with unbelievable rude and entitled “guests” with grace and much patience than I ever could have. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Bed comfort and pillows ok. Noisy early morning due to it being right next to the boat launch. Room service could be better. Room wasn't cleaned as requested by the time we for back at the end of the day Towels were also never enough so we had to ask for towels daily. Overall great location and super convenient to get to Savary Island which was our reason for visiting this area.

Wonderful stay at the property for five nights. Amazing view and Excellent meals! Bakery is also amazing! Close to the water taxi and store! Staff very friendly and accomodating. Older room with updates. We really enjoyed the stay!
