It’s tranquil scenery, location and closeness to ferry terminal. Also delicious food, especially at dinner.

They only had one 3XL bathrobe, which was removed by housekeeping the following day…. there was no more available!

Everything!! The hotel is personal. The staff make you feel valued and seen. Beautiful hotel, thermal pool is a perfection! Staff at dinner sensational and at breakfast as well. Super clean. I thought nothing would ever come close to The Raffles at Singapore and although we didn't have a butler here, staff were amazing and dare I say it might be in The Raffles league... there are plenty 5* hotels yes, but staff make all the difference. We had a housekeeping lady running after us as our child had an adult dressing gown, and she provided asap a children one and slippers. Just shows how they care. This things make a hotel stand out.
