This hotel was a perfect base for a week in April. Located at the entrance to Sirmione old town in the footing of the castle. We had perfect weather and maximised the use of the thermal pool and lakeside loungers. Our welcome by Claudia was delightful, with a tour of the facilities. With only 54 rooms everything felt very personal and special. Breakfast buffet was huge, everything you could want and more, attentive service and even managed to sit outside a couple of times. The hotel is VERY dog friendly, pooches are accepted everywhere in the hotel including the restaurant. The rooms have beautiful high ceilings and very spacious. We were west side, but still got a glimpse of the lake and sunset, the balcony was a great place to watch the world go by. Beautiful linen, towels and bath robes (lovely and fluffy) in the room with service twice a day with beautiful toiletries from Terme di Sirmione, loved the gel cream provided. The lifeguard/pool attendant was so attentive each day making sure you had sun or shade as required. The pool was sooo nice 37 degrees with multiple spa sections, even the sulphur whiff didn’t put us off. We also had a mud massage which was heavenly. Every staff member was so good at what they did, thank you for making our first trip to the Italian lakes so special, we will be back. We has day trips to Garda and Desenzano (Tuesday is market day) on the ferry which was very efficient. Please ignore Katie’s one star review, let her go back to the Four Seasons and leave more room for us in this uniquely personal hotel.

Pereonale sempre tutto disponibile e collaborativo. Spazi esterni veramente molto efficienti e accoglienti. Pulizia ambienti accurata. Stanza accogliente . Spazi comuni piano terra ampi e molto curati. Accessibilità auto molto semplice e spazi di sosta ampi e comodi.

Presenza di insetti che non consente l' apertura delle finestre. Qualche pecca del ristorante.

This is an outstanding hotel. Location just outside the old city, room accommodations with excellent bed and quietness, breakfast service with kitchen service for omelettes and other dishes, personnel were very friendly and the thermal pool and the pool personnel were excellent. This is the place to stay when visiting Lake Garda

Отличный отель с термальным бассейном. Своя парковка, обильный и вкусный завтрак. Рядом с старым городом. Немного дорогой , но очень изысканный ресторан. Комфортная кровать с качественным постельным бельем. Хороший интернет. Внимательный персонал.

Staff, facilities and restaurant were exceptional.
