The Staff is extremely friendly & courteous. The resort is very clean, The cleaning staff even washed our dishes & clothes. You may want to take a Uber to the many beaches on the coast, they are not in easy walking distance, Other than that the Alegranza is a great quiet getaway. Marai restaurant attached to the resort, is Exceptional in food & service.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite was very spacious, with nice views of ocean and beautiful sunrises every morning. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants, beach, historic downtown and grocery stores. Concierge service was great! Got us set up for several activites and transportation. We would go back there again for sure!

Huge bedrooms and baths and a large balcony with a beautiful view. Nice pools but one of the hot tubs wasn't very hot. The gym and tennis courts were pretty good too. And the sushi restaurant was good.

It was great staying here, it has amazing views and different activities to do at the hotel. I liked the fact that I had a reserved parking and it’s inside the property. I really look forward to coming back again!

Enjoyed the stay and the walk ability to down town San Jose. Amazing views from the rooftop. Sushi was good at the restaurant in the hotel
