Nice stay with shops and restaurants within walking distance

I would like praise the excellent service we received from the service men specially the graveyard crew. They were attentive and very friendly! Overall, the views from our room, the cleanliness and outstanding service we received was exceptional! I will be coming back in the near future to stay at Alegranza.

Beautiful property and wonderful southern Baja location. I loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths!

Perfect vacation

Not enough restaurants or bars on the property. The is a tiny wine bar, but the owner is selfish/stingy with his wines.

I have stayed here previously over the years and was disappointed this stay. Our reservation was for a two room villa with each having king beds. The master bedroom was two twin beds pushed together to make a king bed. The other room did not have king bed in it. Internet was painfully slow. Thermostats could not be adjusted below 72 degrees, Made for uncomfortable sleeping.

We really liked the Alegranza for several reasons: 1. It’s off the beaten path. Rather than being located in the hotel zone, the Alegranza is in a neighborhood. There’s an awesome park across the street for the kiddos, the Walmart is an easy walk or drive, and the hotels are an easy walk (in the opposite direction). We reserved two units. Each was appointed differently, yet both were very nice and comfortable. Oh! And there are PLENTY of towels. We missed the reviews about the cold jacuzzi’s and when we arrived we were told that the jacuzzi only got “warm.” Hot tip: to get the jacuzzi hot make sure the back dial in the access panel is turned to “hot” and then turn the jets on about 2 hours before you plan to use it. It got hot. We discovered this on day 3 of 5. Wish we had been told sooner. Oh! And it’s super easy to accidentally drain your jacuzzi. Overall we loved staying at Alegranza. Shoutout to Lucia and Samantha in the Concierge office and Oscar at the Mirai makes life changing passion fruit margaritas!

Two bedroom suite was very spacious and had every accessory needed, including washer/dryer. WiFi worked well. However, TV and elevators were in poor service and repair. Complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. Employees were friendly and helpful.

A lovely property and STELLAR rooms. The resort is actually a condo complex, so most hotel amenities do not apply. But overall, great rooms and great views of the ocean.

Security 24/7 in a beautiful location with a wonderful room with all the amenities.
