"Greenwood"

Came for a hog show... it was cheap and close to the venue... but outside looks very run down. Air did not work the first night so they replace the unit on Saturday. Beds comfortable.., but bathrooms dirty. No hair dryer either. No breakfast except for coffee and a “honey bun” or waffle. Makes more sense to spend 20 -30 extra dollars on the room and get breakfast...

"Worst stay ever"

The room needed vacuuming, the towels were dirty (I’m glad i always bring my own) and there were roaches in the room

"If you ca do better. Do."

Other hotels were booked otherwise we wouldve stayed elsewhere in a heartbeat. This hotel needs a serious upgrade. The beds were clean thats about it. The carpet looked like it had missed more than a few vacums. There was chipping and peeling paint all around the baseboards. Only two lamps worked. The room reeked of smoke and this was suppose to be a non smoking room. The window had duct tape on it to mask a crack in it. The shower curtain needed to be changed. Poorly managed place it was very very clear. I think only homeless people and people like us who couldnt get a room elsewhere bed here. Maybe thats why this place is still in operation.

"Terrible "

The name should be changed to roach motel.. we got there there was dead roaches in the sink and tubs, old boo boo from the past, when approaching the front the desk the manager stated he know about roaches but it’s becsuse people cooked in the rooms. He didn’t offer any money back but he offered me cleaning supplies. Because all hotels were booked around that area i had no choice but to try to clean .. The next day of my stay i got back no housekeeping had been there , roaches were still climbing . This motel should be shut down !!!

"Just ok..."

I always go in and clean/wipe down the room before we even bring our luggage in and I’m so glad I do. There was hair in the bathroom sink...not just a strand or two but like a freeze shaven man!! Other than that and the remote didn’t work, it was a decent night sleep. You get what you pay for.

Im sorry but the 1st room was infested, and then the wnd room infested. Finally i got a 3rd and it was supposed to be non smoking and of course it was. Please check the rooms thoroughly before reserving for next guest and do maintenance in them!

"Nightmare stay"

The room was disgusting and very nasty the door would not shut completely and there was no toilet tissue I will never and I mean never stay in that nasty dirty room ever again

"ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE!!!!!"

THE NASTIEST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED! i had booked 2 rooms for the weekend for a business trip. BOTH room smelled like marijuana and it was a NON- smoking room. floors, bathroom, and bed was NASTY!! I WAS IN AWE THAT YOU WOULD HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO STAY IN THIS CONDITION!! You really need to hire a new manager and cleaning staff!!!!
