Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Greenwood

My husband and I had a 2 night reservation there for a non smoking room. We checked in. Went to the room the room smelled of cigarettes so bad! The rugs weren't vacuumed. There was what looked like a bullet hole on the window. All and all shady place. It looks like the lower class lives there. We went back to front desk 5 minutes after checking in and said we wanted to cancel our reservation. We don't feel safe at your accommodations. Did not get a refund back. Do NOT stay!

The heater seem to be set on auto and could not be change! Very few towels...

The bed was extremely comfortable. Room had a bit of an odor though and the bathroom could use some renovation.

This was our 2nd stop due to another Americas best down the street was crappy and had bugs. This room was a lot better. The bed was of height and not on the floor. There were only 4 towels available. Everything seemed tidy for the most part. The curtain didn't fit the window properly so I had to make it work. Ac cold as a freezer. Room had frig and microwave .They just need to update everything #makeoverneeded.

Convenient. Clean. Friendly. Comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when working or visiting in Greenwood.

I wish I could add pictures. I'm absolutely without words. The telephone in the room had no connectors. It was inaccessible. No toilet paper in the room. The shower head is falling out of the wall. No cover sheet for the mattress. No iron nor board. No blow dryer. The TV remote doesn't work. The room has gum stuck to the wall in open view. CAN THE CLEANING LADIES NOT SEE IT?? This room is horrific. I feel as if the door may bust open at any moment and I may be gang raped and my body never found. The hotel rest in what appears to be inner city Memphis or Detroit. I had booked a two night stay but I'm leaving as soon as the Hilton will allow check-in's. If you are looking to tough it then this is the place for you. But you better button down the hatches on your car and bring bug repellent, because this place is a slum!

A group of us stayed their last year. I wouldn't put my dog in that hotel. No coffee pot, no breakfast. Bugs in room, Wall paper hanging off wall. Pool was green, mold in bathroom. My husband went and bought spray to kill the bugs. Their sign says, Micowave, coffee pot in room, Conti. breakfast . We got none of that. DON'T STAY YOU'LL BE SORRY. They even had us all put our towels and sheets outside the door or we didn't get any.
