À l’arrivée, il y a personne à la réception, on a attendu au moins une demi-heure pour avoir les clés La Clim qui fonctionne pas, j’ai fait appel à la RÉCEPTIONNISTE soi-disant elle fait sa caisse dès qu’il finit sa caisse et me rejoint pour régler le problème jusqu’au matin y a personne qui est venu il fait très chaud. Insupportable. c’est horrible les chambres pas très haut, pas de papier toilette une serviette pour 3 étoiles Le matin j’ai fait une réclamation à la réception, incapable de répondre à mes questions Personnel désagréable

El desayuno estaba bien

Ka habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado en pleno calor y lo peor es que cuando se paga y reserva dicen que tiene aire acondicionado y no lo hay

petit déjeuner ok

Chambre sans lumière dans la salle de bain. Noir complet obligé de m'éclairer avec la lumière de mon téléphone... Rideaux très sales, traces blanches suspectes... Et surtout il faisait 40 degrés dans la chambre en pleine canicule la clim renvoyait de l'air chaud. aucune solution n'a été trouvé pour que je puisse dormir plus confortablement. Honteux au vu du prix de la nuitée et pour un hôtel 4 étoiles
