Le personnel est très professionnel, il a su répondre à une demande de notre part dans les plus brefs délais et nous donnant toute satisfaction, les chambres sont très propres, climatisées et confortables, la proximité du parking du centre commercial et des transports en commun et un vrai plus.

Localisation et globalement le personnel qui fait ce qu'il peur

Difficulté d'avoir une facture pour plusieurs chambres. Absence du Directeur lors des différents passages en dehors des heures de bureau. CLIMATISATION EN PANNE sans que nous ayons été prévenu, sans geste commericial, sans ventilateur dans les chambres. Du coup mes commerciaux ne veulent plus jamais entendre parle de votre hôtel. Ce n'est pas digne d'un classement style mais plutôt budget. Cela va mle couter plus cher d'aller chez Mercure. Au moment où chaque entreprise en France doit se serrer les coudes pour résister à la crise chacun doit faire sa part.
