Fairfield Inn & Suites Kennett Square

Perfect location for what we needed

Staff were wonderful: very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is on a little retail park outside of town, with no way of walking to Kennett Square. You’ll be relying on Ubers if you don’t have a car. The rooms on the highway side have some road noise: acceptable to me, but ask for a car park side room if you’re a light sleeper.

Clean! Most important. Comfortable, welcoming, breakfast.

Smoking with ashtray immediately by front door.

The representative that manage our room was mean. She gave us first floor room knowingly close to highway side and not inform us before. We complained next morning for not getting sleep at night. We requested to move us and said she will inform us to wait until other checkout that morning. Well she didn't informed us or left any messages. We followed up and spoke to other rep in charge and said we shouldn't have given this room for they know the condition of this room and have lots of complains before. She now cannot help us because it's too late the hotel was fully book.

Central location

Location was close to Longwood Gardens and Restaurants

Breakfast was OK, but not a lot of choices. No ice available at Breakfast, had to walk down hallway to get ice.
