Our room was right near a noisy highway terrible ! everything else was good

Convenient location to Longwood Gardens, clean room, good selection of cold and hot breakfast offerings, room despite in 2nd floor was quiet, friendly staff, comfortable room. Ice water and hot coffee and tea in lobby.

Exceptionally clean. You couldn’t help but notice. Even the hallways smelled new. The free breakfast was perfect. Way above the typical self-serve hotel breakfast.

There was just one rude employee. We were one hour early for check-in, and asked if the room might be ready. Her answer was blunt and unfriendly. We just asked. It wasn’t a demand for heavens sake.

Friendly helpful staff. Tara at the front desk went out of her way to assist us with a room change request. Sophia on the front desk was also friendly and helpful.

One side of the hotel faces a busy highway with considerable traffic noise during the daytime. Okay for a one night stay, but we were staying for 4 nights with some extended daytime hours to be spent working in the hotel room. We requested a room change to the other side of the building and although the hotel was quite full, the staff worked hard to switch us over to a quieter room on the 2nd day.
