The location was fair

Cleanliness in the room was not upto the mark. I found cockroach on kettle. Housekeeping and Pest control needs improvement

Basic cleanliness was missing. Bed was uneven and the towels were very dull and had stains. The breakfast was nothing great either

Hospitality staff behaviour, clean room, food quality is okay

Lack of details, lift floor is damaged, mat put above the floor is also half and in bad condition. After 10pm no dining or coffee counter service is available. Little away from city
