THE MENU IS THE SAME FOR YEARS

During my stay the hotel's geyser was NON FUNCTIONAL. I was being offered one bucket of hot water. Is this now the NEW STANDARDS OF GINGER HOTELS ?

The bed was too soft that we just escaped a severe back ache. Tee hot water pressure was very low.

The staff was courteous and food was decent. Other good thing was its proximity to All Assam Tennis club, where we had gone for a tournament.

It looked like it is in the bare minimum, run the business mode. Rooms were smallish. Location is literally in the dumps. You have to cross a stinking dumpyard to reach the hotel. The table mats on the table and the buffet spread didn't look clean to say the least. They key to the room was not working, so we had to call housekeeping everytime. We had stayed for a week, it didn't work till the last day.
