Drury Plaza Hotel Flagstaff

This is our second time staying at this Flagstaff Drury Inn. Sydney checked us in and Julissa checked us out, both were quite pleasant. The only negative was that Sydney spoke 'extremely' fast and did so while looking down, making it difficult to understand what she was saying. This hotel in Flagstaff, as well as other Drury Inns we have stayed at, provide everything you need during your stay. Our room was overall clean and spacious. The bath had nice smelling body wash, shampoo, and conditioner...wish they offered lotion:) We LOVE the complimentary 5:30 Kickback! You don't have to leave the hotel for dinner. Plenty of food and drink options are provided. The complimentary breakfast is appreciated, again saving you from having to go out:) One of the best benefits to staying here is that they offer free parking! This hotel is perfect for us when we stay in Flagstaff:) Thank you for maintaining a great hotel with great customer service.

Drury is always our choice when able. Staff is always friendly and professional, hotel was clean, beds comfortable. Hannah at the front desk is a terrific initial impression. We like that they have dinners which saves trying to figure out where and what to eat. The cocktails are an added bonus. Hotel was easy to find- parking is limited in front of the hotel but there is a safe garage behind which is free for guests. Had an issue with AC which we didn’t realize wasn’t working until we had showered and gotten comfortable so didn’t report until the next morning. Was a tad warm in the room but exhaustion after an 8 hour ride helped us sleep. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The closeness to downtown and also the comfortable room. Great place to rest. And it is in front of matador local coffee shop.

This is an amazing value hotel, we had never heard of Drury Hotels, but it is well worth it. It was such an exceptional experience, we will be looking for Drury hotels when we travel. This one in Flagstaff is our new favorite hotel near enough to downtown. Highly recommend.

We had a really nice stay here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable—always a big win when you’re traveling. The location is great too, especially if you’re visiting the NAU campus or want easy access to downtown. One of the best perks was the included food. Breakfast had plenty of options like eggs and waffles, and the evening “Kickback” was a nice surprise with light dinner items and drinks. It definitely adds value and makes things easier after a long day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it felt like a great balance of comfort, convenience, and affordability. I would absolutely stay here again.
