Baan Bayan Beach Hotel

We liked the location, beach, the room was nice and outside space was picturesque

but when requesting a fan as it was too hot too enjoy the outside terrace, we asked the ladies in reception who were very unacomadating even though they had two fans not in use beside them!

es hat viele Treppen, aber so ist halt die Anlage.

Large rooms. Good breakfast (Western and Thai). Close to the beach (10 metres!). Also, when I left a book behind, staff contacted me and arranged to forward the book to my other hotel location in Thailand. Boutique hotel with 21 rooms. 10 minute + walk to Market Village. Would definitely stay here again. Keep in mind the 2 pools are shallow 1.2m deep. If you want to swim laps then it may not be the pool for you. We also liked that very few children were staying there.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It's a small property in a great location facing the sea, close to the city center, yet away from the main road and therefore very quiet. Its colonial style transports you to another era! The rooms and common areas are spotless. Our room (double with garden view) was very spacious and welcoming. The staff is very attentive, kind and efficient. Breakfast is very good, with a wide variety and even freshly cooked food. Overall, highly recommended!

Gute Lage direkt am Strand. Personal beim Morgenessen und im Hotel sehr freundlich. Morgenbuffet sehr gut Zimmer sehr gross. Leider ist alles schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Mischbatterien lebensgefährlich. Liegestühle am Strand zum Teil defekt.

Slitent og gamle fasiliteter som ikke er etter dagens standard . Maten var dårlig . Spiste andre steder

Das Personal machte einen sehr unmotivierten Eindruck. Der Frühstücksbereich geht gar nicht. Die Möbel und die Ausstattung dort sind eine Katastrophe. Der Balkon unseres Zimmers war komplett verschmutzt. Die Liegen am Pool waren abgeranzt und speckig. Das Personal ist freundlich aber völlig inkompetent.
