t has its own vibe, the bedroom stylish but overall the room and bathroom need to be updated. The cows and chickens are fun, but it feels like we are in the farm. Just to be prepared if you looking for that kind of experience. I grew up with cows and chickens, bit it was too much for our vacation:) we had a wonderful sunset view but never tried it on our balcony, since the cows and smell wasn't our choice for the dinner at sunset.

It was a quiet out-of-the-way location far out of the city! We chose it because of its location closer to the national park than staying in the Kona area. We loved that we could sit on the back lanai and see the ocean and have nature surrounding us completely. The sunsets are beautiful! The breakfast they make is absolutely amazing! My two teenage grand kids ate every bite off their plate every morning! The hosts are friendly and full of information to help you make your stay as wonderful as possible.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the parking, it was kind of tight for 3 cars.

I celebrated my husband birthday here and the host Carol and his wife worked with me to surprise him with a delicious birthday cake. They bought the cake and surprised us. The stay was amazing, if your not planning to stay in all day as we were pretty much out enjoying our activities and slept most of the 2 nites. Waking up to their delicious bed and breakfast was a plus not to mention their breath taking view. If you don’t mind sharing the living room with other guest and value your bedroom with a balcony, bathroom and comfortable bed then you can enjoy the simple life. This one is top of the line for such a good price. If your into updated imentities and appliances your better of spending a lot more at the high end hotels. We will definitely be returning as were locals and just need a place to rest our heads and feel at home while we’re out on our adventure.

It was a comfortable and clean. Amazing breakfast and great host. Carl was very informative of the surroundings. Watching the animals from the lanai. Rex made us miss our dogs.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The host was kind and patient in giving us a lot of background on the area and places to visit. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, fresh coffee, delicious breads, etc. WiFi was good. The morning parade of birds, goats, cows, chickens, pigs, etc at the property, off the breakfast deck was always entertaining. Beach chairs were appreciated. The hosts really makes this place special.

The room was small but the private lanai really helped to add floor space. Not in walking distance to any beach or tourist destination but that meant it was quiet for sleeping.

Good location - great breakfast - amazing sunsets from your patio. Good value

Really owners. Beautiful views of ocean and amazing sunsets. Excellent bath and shower. Peaceful lots of nature.

A little way from significant tourist locations . No kettle just a microwave.

A wonderful host and a beautiful property. We would stay here again for sure. There are ranchers cattle and wild pigs about 20 feet from the back property line. The bulls can be loud, and the local roosters will greet you in the morning...but we loved it.

If this B & B has an opening GRAB IT! It’s great. Hosts are lovely and the breakfast is amazing.The breakfast was catered to my 6 year old grandson. Thanks to the hosts. We loved it.
