We loved the breakfast every morning - Kona coffee, amazing homemade breakfast, awesome owners, and phenomenal view! I’d rather stay here than a Hilton… great value for the money, I get an awesome view every morning, get woken up by a rooster every morning, see the sunset every day, talk to awesome owners who are very knowledgeable about the area, etc.

Just nats here and there outside during the mornings, which is basically the same everywhere around the island. The only reason we noticed was cause we ate outside for breakfast, but this could easily be avoided by eating inside.

Good breakfast. Clean room with ensuite bath. Nice patio and entertainment by all the animals of nearby farm. Host was very pleasant and likeable. No tv but we really werent there much. Recommended

Superb location with a view of the South Kona coast from the Lanai! A mile away from some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii. Carl & Emma were awesome hosts, catering to our many small needs. Looking forward to coming back here soon!

The hospitality was incredible! Breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed how personal the host was. He accommodated our late arrival and made sure we were situated comfortably.

Very nice and peaceful setting. Carl and Irma are warm and attentive hosts.

View of Pacific Ocean from upper deck is gorgeous.　Feeling like waking up at a farm with cows and pigs roaming in the morning. Breakfast at the upper deck including fresh fruits and juice was just nice to kick start the day.

In the night, it was a bit difficult to find he entrance from the main highway. Larger signboard at the entrance from highway would help.
