"All in all it was an okay stay."

Our room was on the first floor which was nice. The breakfast was very good.

The room we stayed in was very small. It was acceptable for 2 nights but I wouldn't want to be in it for a week. Our towels were stained and the wash cloth was strategically placed over the bath towel so it wasn't noticeable right off the bat. The breakfast room is on the 3rd floor which can be a challenge if you have trouble navigating stairs.

The staff were super welcoming and friendly! It was perfectly located in relation to everything we had planned to do while in Newport. The room was stunning, and the observatory on the top floor had the most beautiful view all the way out to the ocean!
