Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the great breakfast.
Had an issue with a very noisy air conditioner the first night which kept us up but we reported it in the a.m. and within a half an hour maintenance came and removed the old unit and gave us a new unit which was very quiet. We slept much better the next two nights. Maintenance guy did a great job.
Great staff and comfortable rooms
We stayed at this hotel during the UNC graduation weekend. We received 2 rooms on the entrance floor. Both rooms were moldy and smelly. You can hardly breathe. Won’t stay there again.
Room was spacious but the pull out couch was broken, the carpet in the room was dirty, and the pool was conveniently closed however advertised in the booking.
My room was nice and very cozy. The location was perfect as it was surrounded by soo many places to eat. My only issue is that theres no handle bars or slip resistant strips in the tub. I almost fell a few times in the shower but thankfully caught myself. I highly suggest making this improvement before someone gets seriously hurt. Other than that, I'd stay there again.
