Excellent location at the heart of Patong, with easy access to heaps of shopping, beach and walking street

Fantastic location. Literally steps to Bangala road. 10 minute easy flat walk to Junceylon shopping centre. Surrounded by 7/11 convenience shops. Very accessible with ramps to all areas. We stayed in room 170 which is a ground floor superior deluxe room very spacious. I agree with other reviews that it could do with a bit of a touch up in the bathroom. However, everything about this resort would definitely make us stay here again in the same room. The staff are absolutely lovely from reception, bar staff and room attendants. Even with the closeness to Bangala road, we had a very quiet nights sleep.

There were baby roaches in the room, and the 4th floor walkway carpet looked old and had mold smell. What i was really disappointed about was, when we left the room in the noon informed the receptionist to clean the room and hung the cleanup card at the door, and found the room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening, had to remind the reception the second time for house keeping. Overall the hotel was fine, facility, breakfast and the location was really good.

This was my second time at Patong Resort. Great place with 2 swimming pools. Great staff. I was on the 6th floor, there was this weird chemical smell around 6th floor which I am assuming was because of insect repellent spray all around 6th floor. Other than that, staff were very nice and helpful. There was an adventure tour shop as well where I could easily buy tickets to my tours within Patong Resort rather than going out and finding external tour guides. Only 3 mins walk to the beach, could not ask for better location!

Absolutely loved staying here only negative was restaurant on level 8 was disappointing, food was very bland and selection was limited.

I feel compelled to submit a review after seeing some negative comments. We were more than happy with our stay at the hotel. We got a fantastic deal through an online provider ( April 2025) Our deluxe room had comfortable beds and everything you might need provided including umbrellas, gowns, slippers, even a note pad & pen. plus TV, Coffee making facilities, fridge and bottled water for the kettle provided every day. A bellboy took our luggage to our room. There were 3 exits from the hotel, each with security guards. One exit towards the beach, one to the main street with 7-11 supermarket and the other to Bangla road, this exit takes you to another hotel gate ( your room card gives access ) then walk straight through to Bangla road. Each place mentioned only 5 minute walk. STAFF... were always very polite, helpful and friendly. Chantra ( pool girl) was a lively bundle of fun. Everyone was lovely. POOLS ...were good, we preferred the pool with the Pava bar, nice food reasonable prices. DRINKS... happy hour at various times in the 3 bars. BREAKFAST... catered for every nationality ( nice, though could be a little hotter) DAY TRIPS... Travel office on site offering good discounted prices and helpful advice. Highly recommend Siam Niramit, ( ending with amazing show)... and Phang NGA Bay with Seanery tours. TIP... we were 4 adults so opted to do old town tour and other sites with private driver for 8 hrs ( approx same price as organized half day tour) we left it to our driver to choose where to take us and was perfect.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room had cockroaches and they welcomed us in the room just few minutes after entering the room. I complained to the reception and they said they will send someone to check. Again next day there were few cockroaches. It looked like the property has not been taken care of by the owners. The furniture in the room was dated. The breakfast was tasteless and I saw many people wasting the food as it wasn’t tasty at all. Only good thing about it was that it’s near to the main market and beach. The room cleaning staff was courteous and did their best but looks like owners don’t care to renovate or do proper maintenance of the hotel. Never going to book it or suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Most perfect location in all of Phuket. Very generous management offering upgraded room to satisfy wife with perception of initial room. Comparing Patong Resort to other area resorts, my wife and I both felt that we made the absolute best decision when choosing this resort over all others in the area. Highly recommended and will return here. Thank you.

Fantastic stay yet again. This hotel ticks every box will be very happy to come back again one day thank you. Pool is amazing, staff are great and the location is the best. Room was super clean with housekeeping every day. Reception were super helpful and friendly.
