Ideal location and very clean and comfortable hotel

The shower is in the bathtub. It’s very deep and hard to get in and out. Especially for older people or with minor disabilities. Cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Rooms are quite dated now. Breakfast is poor, heating equipment needs updating as everything is cold. Salad bar fruit and yohurt is in direct sunlight. Not much choice at all if you’re a vegetarian. On the plus side the staff is amazing. The grounds and pools are lovely. Not my first choice anymore

Friendly staff, convenient to all restaurants, could easily walk to things.

Great location with 3 entry/exit points. We really appreciated the one towards Bangla Road although we also used the others at times. Even with its close proximity to Bangla Road the resort was quiet enough. Music from the bars was barely audible and fireworks could just be heard. Room was good with a king size bed and plenty of room. Mattress was firmer than I am accustomed to, but quite comfortable. Breakfast was average. Adequate and filling. Pool was a comfortable temperature and one end was quite deep. Could safely dive into the water at the deep end (2.8m). Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags with reception. Staff assisted with getting the bags to our room. We were on the ground floor. Not usually our preferred location but it was convenient as there are no elevators. We would certainly recommend this hotel for location, amenities and staff. We will most likely book here again.

So close to everything. Right by beach and Bangla Rd. Very clean, everything you need. Breakfast was a good selection, pretty grounds and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms arent the best Staff have poor communication Toilets are a old fashioned

The Resort is located only minutes walk from Bangla Rd. The resort itself self is great. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are well played out and have good amenities. Only issue, is the Atmosphere. Plenty of staff and people walking around, but doesn’t have that “can’t wait” to get up and party atmosphere. Other than that a great place to stay.

Extremely close to Bangala Road but still very quiet. Rooms are a bit tired but overall great value for money.

Very happy with my stay. Will definitely be back.
