Great experience. Breakfast, hotel food and staff were wonderful. Security guards always a pleasure to have a chat with. Excellent location. Only downside is left wing does not have lift and getting luagge down was a hassle without any considering from staff.

I always hope for more consistent English speaking at Reception (some are good) … they’re always friendly, but it’s important to communicate better with guests? Room allocation SHOULD put all LOUD groups in the one wing!
