الموقع ممتاز والمكان نظيف وهادئ والمرافق ممتازة ، الحجز عن طريق البوكينج ارخص من الحجز من الفندق اجراءات تسجيل الدخول سريعه ولكن لا يسمحون بالدخول للغرف الا بعد الساعه 2 ظهرا بتوقيت تايلند الحجز ف الحديقة جميل جدا ومريح ولا يوجد ازعاج بين الغرف. الإفطار جيد ومتنوع الى حد ما اقدم الشكر ل ادارة الفندق والطاقم في ادارة الفندق على الاقامة المميزة

ازعاج بعض النزلاء ف الممرات اثناء الدخول والخروج في تسجيل الدخول ابلغتتي موظفة الاستقبال انه لا يوجد مع حجزي افطار مع ان بوكينج اكد لي الحجز مع الافطار فقمت بعدها بالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء في بوكينج وابلغوني بالعودة لهم ف الاستقبال وابلاغهم بأمر الإفطار وبالفعل رجعت لهم واظهرت لهم الحجز بالافطار وقالوا لي بعدها بالفعل يوجد افطار مع الحجز ايضا في اخر يوم الساعة 6 ونصف صباحا وقبل تسجيل الخروج موظفة الاستقبال ابلغتني ان اذهب للافطار لحين الانتهاء من الاجراءات ، وعند الدخول للمطعم ابلغتتي الموظفة انه لا يوجد افطار لي اليوم ف مباشرة ذهبت للمسؤول عن المطعم والذي دخل للنظام واكد لي بانه يوجد افطار لي ومباشرة ابلغ موظفة المطعم والتي اعتذرت بسبب عدم تحديث البيانات في الجهاز الخاص بالمطعم فالرجاء من ادارة الفندق تحديث البيانات في كل المرافق ولكم الشكر
