Great location opposite the beach and a short stroll to the main shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Bed linen changed daily, nice big bath and good shower pressure. Our housekeeper was brilliant and changed our balcony furniture for new when I pointed out the stains on the ones we arrived to. Good size pool with lots of sunbeds. Great coffee machines and a good selection of food at breakfast, and restaurant staff always happy and helpful.

I emailed the hotel 4 times over several weeks prior to our arrival - all of them were ignored ! And when I told the front desk receptionist she just said "nothing to do with me you'll have to contact reservations". How do I do that I asked. "You need to send an email" she replied!!??? VERY unhelpful indeed. Also, we were refused more than 1 room key. The hotel doesn't provide an iron or ironing board which is pretty poor for a 4 star hotel and the pool staff only allow you 1 threadbare towel per person per day so don't expect to get dried off if you go for a dip more than once - again, VERY poor for a 4 star hotel. The WiFi is awful. Smart TV kept buffering every 5 minutes which meant trying to enjoy anything via streaming was out of the question. Best to download and watch later. Same issues around the pool area too.

geweldig personeel met name Pla en de locatie is top met een geweldig ontbijt

de ene dame achter de receptie haar gezicht staat altijd op onweer en is erg onvriendelijk is erg jammer want de rest is top
