Golden Beach Resort

La ubicación es privilegiada y el área de la piscina es muy agradable, el desayuno muy rico y el restaurante bastante práctico. Tener la playa de Ao Nang a unos pasos fue lo mejor de mi viaje. Para el precio que se paga me parece justo.

El personal no lograba comunicarse bien conmigo y sentía que no hacían el esfuerzo por entenderme, tuvieron un error con nuestra reservación y no nos lo pudieron resolver, las camas estuvieron muy incómodas y el hotel se siente antiguo a comparación de otros en la misma calle.

Отличный бассейн, потрясающие завтраки, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал! В номере есть ванная, чистая светлая, не убитая. В ванной шампуни, кондиционер, крем, мыло. Хороший напор горячей воды. Шумоизоляция не самая лучшая, но и не скажу, что прям всё слышно. Всё зависит от соседей.

Да по отелю всё нормально в основном. Вот только индийские постояльцы купаются в грязной, потной и вонючей одежде в чистом бассейне. Брезгливо потом туда лезть.

I loved my stay. The location was great, the restaurant is amazing with amazing views of the ocean and sunset. The staff were above amazing and very accommodating to ensure my stay was memorable. Special thanks to staff member, Pla-restaurant greeter, Sareena-wait staff at restaurant, Zaza-front desk manager and Ja jar- front desk staff.

Nothing it was great.

The staff in the restaurant were lovely and a decent breakfast.

Our experience at Golden Beach Hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The so-called “deluxe rooms” look nothing like the photos advertised. This was very misleading and not what we paid for. We booked 3 rooms, all of which had a strong smell of mould and cannabis. This was especially concerning as we had children staying with us. The smell was constant and made the rooms feel completely unhygienic and unsuitable. We reported the issue every single day, but the reception staff were no help at all. There was never a hotel manager available, despite repeatedly asking to speak to one to resolve the situation. Out of desperation, I even tried to clean the rooms myself to get rid of the smell, but nothing worked. In the end, we had no choice but to check out early because we simply couldn’t tolerate it any longer. Trying to get support from Booking.com was just as frustrating. Communication was difficult, slow, and ultimately offered no real help or resolution. Overall, this was a very stressful and upsetting experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel, and be aware that support from Booking.com may not be there when you need it.

Ao Nang, very dirty, smell of cannabis everywhere, huge Indian influence in food and customs, too in your face couldn't walk anywhere without being hassled.
