Die Lage und das große Zimmer und Bad waren richtig gut. Das Bett war riesig aber sehr fest, die AC war gut aber auch laut, man bekommt nur einen Zimmerschlüssel und das Personal beim Einchecken fand ich recht teilnahmslos. Der Pool hat nur bis 18 Uhr geöffnet. Zu wenig Sonnenschirme a. Pool. Das Frühstück war für ein 4 * Hotel nicht besonders gut, die Sachen waren an unseren 2 Tagen öfters leer und man mußte warten bis es aufgeüllt war. Hier zahlt man für die Lage und dafür ist es zu teuer. Ich denke ich würde nächstes mal ein amderes Hotel wählen

Pool nur bis 18 Uhr geöffnet, abgenutzte Handtücher die am gleichen Tag um 18 Uhr abgegeben werden sollen,das wäre aber die Zeit für den Strand, da hätte ich gerne ein Strandtuch! Der Kaffee zum Frühstück war gut, das Frühstück für mehr als 2 Nächte allerdings sehr langweilig und in schwierig.

Location. Pool staff was super accommodating

Reception staff, not very welcoming. Felt like you was troubling them with and approach to them. I messaged reception on three separate occasions and not one response from them. So very disappointing, one message was to let them know my boyfriend had surprise proposed to me and could I arrange with them any special arrangements eg room decoration… I was willing to pay however no response from any messages. On arrival my partner called reception 4 times to ask for the WiFi code, the line was cut off each time. He waked over to reception and quite sarcastically was asked oh so you’re here for the code then! Before he even asked! Beds are super hard and not comfortable could do with a little refresh

Location to everything you need was easily accessible.

Check-in staff were not terribly friendly, and the pool bar staff wouldn't let us use their bottle opener because we brought our own drinks to the pool.
