Das Personal: Desinteressiert. Es wurde nicht gegrüßt, Mitarbeiter richteten die Aufmerksamkeit mehr auf ihre Smartphone den auf die Gäste. Extrem verrosteter Weinkühlschrank im Restaurantbereich. Man hatte das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter werden sich selbst überlassen und es findet keine angemessene Führung statt. Als langjähriger Gast fühlte ich mich behandelt als wäre es egal, ob ich da bin oder nicht. Echt schaden.

The location is perfect, the hotel is a good value for Money.

The only negative experience I had was with the restaurant staff. One evening, the waitress forgot to add our last drink to the bill (only around 200 baht). We checked and paid the bill, then went out for the evening. While we were out, I received a phone call from the hotel saying the last drink had not been included and that I still owed the money. I said no problem and that I would sort it out when I returned to the hotel, which I did without any issue because I understood it was an honest mistake. However, I didn’t appreciate being called while out because of a staff error. I feel the situation could have been handled more professionally by simply explaining it to me when I returned to the hotel instead.
