Hotel Posada Virreyes

It was in a good location. The place is a bit older but it was a comfortable stay. Would recommend

Hubo cambio de habitación, la primera habia una fuga de agua en el baño.

due to construction not mentioned we end up at the corner of the motel carrying 3 luggages and I am handicapped and also there was a ramp to exit out because i was never told if there were other exits, the restaurant closed cause remodeling and there were ants by the coffee maker and lock of air, remote control did not work or is controled by the staff. I had to moved to another Hotel cause of my condition and they did not reimburse the last 3 days remaining,

La alberca recién remodelada quedó muy bonita, la atención es muy personal, amable y amigable

Dinner at restaurant was nice Bathroom small We ask for a taxi for 6:00am come 6:15 am we ended up ordering an Uber because front fest never had our request If you are visiting and want easy access to down town I would say no and stay at hotel morales

Me gusto la limpieza, lo confortable y la atención esmerada, aunque está dentro de Tlaquepaque, es cómodo por sus espacios, jardines y estacionamiento. Precio razonable

Reserve dos noches en el hotel pero tuve que salir después de una noche la alberca no estaba abierta cosa que no te dicen cuando haces la reservación el cuarto tiene cafeteras pero no tienen café así que debes de traer tu propio café el restauran tiene los precios muy altos la puerta que te da acceso al otro cuarto puedes escuchar lo que hablan en el otro cuarto hable con el de la reception para Desirle que sólo me quería una noche y me dijo que podía cancelar la segunda noche pero sólo prodia hacer eso el siguiente día al siguiente día me dijeron que no podía hacerlo que ya era tarde y no me regresaron lo de la segunda noche no volveré a hacer reservación en este hotel te dicen una cosa un día el día ssiguiente guíñate otra

i booked a two-night stay but left after one night. So much of the hotel was under construction to my surprise and it gave me an uneasy feeling. The room was OK though it seemed like it wasn’t finished. The room phone was not plugged in yet. We walked though levels of construction to get to our room. The service was ok. The main reason for my lower rating is that think they should have disclosed the construction. I was also disappointed with the location—I thought I could walk to the main plaza. It is possible to walk but it’s not a nice stroll. I left after one night and was not able to get a refund for my second night.
