The staff, I am a woman, the bell boy guy got into my room trying to explain how to turn on the AC etc. I travel for business a lot, no need to explain those things and no need for a guy to step into your room. I was b=very clear and asked for him to leave my room I even try to open my door, but he would not leave and he would close the door. making things very uncomfortable. Also Noisy place. People at front desk would not helped, I booked 3 nights but only stayed one, and no one would help me at the front desk. NO tissues in the bathroom. overall the bed was old and uncomfortable. I will never recommend the place at all.

People at the front desk are clueless on what they are doing. One person tells you one thing and another one comes and tells you they’re sorry but you were misinformed. It almost seems as they are upset when you book through Expedia and not through them. Their beds are so old that the mattress sinks in and you will literally roll off the bed. We had a total of 4 rooms 8 beds and all the beds were like that. There’s nothing around the hotel within walking distance. The hotel made a mistake and acknowledged their mistake but did not credit or refunded anything. They simply apologized. How do you charge someone something and realize you were wrong and not address the issue? Overall and outdated hotel with poor customer service.

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. All staff were awesome!

Great place. Just one minor problem warm water in the shower never came on. The service was great.
