GBThe location was good and the car park just a short walk away. We did have drinks and bar food - only pizzas which were ok. The room had no water supplied which was very disappointing! This is now a given at most hotels, we did get some bottles at the reception but it would have been better in the rooms. The staff were very polite and friendly.

We were asked to book breakfast as the dining area is small. We booked for 9am, but there was no room - their ‘booking list’ ( a sheet of paper) did not appear to have many other bookings at the time so presumably walk-ins went ahead of bookings - and as we were needing to leave for an appointment at 10am, had expected a table to be available. Once seated, three of our four breakfasts came within about 20 minutes, but the fourth had not appeared by 9.40am and we needed to leave. We were disappointed.
GBA beautiful and stylish hotel . Bed was large and very comfy. Loved the decor and colours used. Orginal building features left in tact added to the ambiance of hotel .

Not a problem for my son and myself, but the dining area did nit have enough capacity for the number of hotel guests, as people couldn't find any seating so had to stand waiting.
GBlocation good as everything was walkable. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were very friendly.
The hospitality tray was basic. UHT milk and a few sachets of instant coffee was disappointing.
