GBI loved the breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Quality of food was excellent.
The TV needed to be updated, most channels I often use at home were not available. Shame.. The shower head needs a clean, spraying water around the walls of the shower room.

Well there was one comical incident with the plug in the wash basin. It didn't have a chain and I simply couldn't pull it out. I took an very long time time and two visits from a gent who turned out to be the receptionist who eventually removed it with a plunger.!!1
