House 5863- Chicago's Premier Bed and Breakfast

Erick was very helpful and friendly... Covid safety measures extremely complied with. the house is well located and has a nice garden and patio.

We liked the B & B decor and furniture. Location is great! The outdoor patio was really nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the food for “breakfast.” Very basic continental type breakfast with store bought pastries and cereal. No cream for coffee, just the powdered stuff.

Located in a cute neighborhood; within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach!

Communication before arrival was excellent- the house is gorgeous. I came tired after a stressful day and this was perfect. The bed is very comfortable and the outdoor patio is the best! Bring your favorite beverage and a good book! This will be my first choice for future Chicago stays!

Great room in a great historic part of Chicago!

It is a nice property in a nice location. I think it advertised as a premium B&B, i did not think it was very upscale. A couple issues need improvement: Bathroom Towels should be larger and plusher. The shower in one of the bathrooms had very low water pressure, no closets to hang anything, perhaps coffee or tea should have been available most of the day and evening, our bathroom I was private but across the hall very inconvenient especially on the middle of the night to remember the access code. On a high note the innkeepers were extremely warm And welcoming They wanted you to appreciate their efforts in presenting their property. I believe if we had complained they would have attempted to fix some of these issues

Easy check-in. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Great communication. We will definitely be back.
