The process and facilities are well thought out making a traveller's stay smooth and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. Having a good restaurant and bar on site makes the stay easy when tired from flights or driving. It's in a good position for airport and road travel.

Shuttle bus to airport booked out, had we been aware would have booked bus when I made reservation. Also bus only goes hourly.

nothing went well for hotel. Food staff did offer to stay open a little longer as we we made to wait to check in past the time the restaurant closed.

The noise from the road and the fact the windows are thin meant no sleep. was made to wait for 10 minutes to check in while staff member was on phone. Staff member didn't acknowledge those waiting at all. 100 deposit /holding fee is exorbitant, and it took a long time to clear. very suspicious practice. The rooms are tired.
