Loved the cleanliness , comfortable bed, the food and the staff are amazing, especially in the restaurant. Also, you can’t heat any outside noise. Nice and quiet.

1. The room layout was atrocious (were in room 4313 - block 4, floor 3, room 13). Basically the shower, toilet kitchen & bedroom area is one with sliding glass doors which did not afford any privacy for people using the shower or toilet. There was one glass door that was shared between the shower & toilet so only one at a time could be used. There were large gaps in the sliding doors which meant that individual privacy was compromised. It appeared as if there was one missing sliding door which should have been in place between the kitchen/toilet/shower area & the bedroom/living room area. 2. The toilet/shower/kitchen area is equipped with lights which when you turn on, an extractor fan automatically starts. This was the loudest fan I have ever heard & the brightness of the lights meant that when someone woke to use the toilet, the light & noise woke the rest of the people in the room, disturbing sleep. 3. We arrived at the hotel early hours of the morning from a long-haul flight. The check-out time was 11:00am which was fine. However, we were awoken at 09:00am by housekeeping who banged on the door a few times before entering without consent to ask if we wanted clean towels!! We had only arrived 6-hours ago & the towels had not been used even!! 4. There was one sink basin shared between the kitchen & toilet/shower area which wasn't particularly hygienic.

Fantastic location especially if you’re off to the airport. Hotel is very clean. We had a top room with a lounge, dining table and chairs, little kitchen, room divided by a 3/4 wall, Into the bedroom with a king bed. Bathroom was beautiful. Sadly our air conditioner didn’t work so we got shifted to a basic room which was ok but nothing like what we left. We had tea at the restaurant which was absolutely amazing 🤩 food was fantastic, servings very big, staff friendly and very efficient. My sister caught the shuttle bus to the airport.

We used this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

We had a room that faced Great Eastern Hwy so the traffic noise was really bad day and night.
