Palazzo Marzoli Resort

The rooms were quite spacious. There is a terrace overlooking positano town. Good quality rooms. There was no gym in the hotel despite it being advertised with a Gym. its quite far from the main town and the shuttle service to town is €20 one way! they have allocated free times for Shuttle but not enough. The receptionist doesnt speak proper english and most of them are not experienced so its hard to communicate. The breakfast is really horrible and only croissants with nutella (no eggs) and dont ever order juice or coffee as its really bad. They charge a lot for the Wifi per day and its expensive and based on each person - we had to fight to get ours for free. They over charge so please go through the final invoice carefully. They charged €180 for drop off to Naples which is ok but the car they used was really bad (you could have got a good mini van for same price). Try to avoid this hotel if possible.

The hotel was beautiful with great views from high up the hillside from the Positano beach and marina. The room was spacious, clean and had a large balcony overlooking the hillside and sea.

This was my favorite hotel! The views are incredible. The hotel itself is very clean and beautifully kept. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, especially Junior! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location on the hills of Positano. Great view! Breakfast to your balcony! Parking was $35 per night but depends on size of car. Sounds high but it's parked safe under the spot you're staying. It is valet and they help you park so it's nice. Bring cash for this stay if possible. Bus picks up right next to the place and they even offer free rides to dinner spots. Young girl at desk was a sweetheart! Bellhop was nice and the owner was nice. Great stay.

Unfortunately, this place doesn’t have WiFi, you must pay €10 per day and per person. I didn’t check if this place provide WiFi because nowadays who doesn’t??? Anyways still rate was very high! The place was pretty uphills and far from the beach, at least 30 minutes walking distance, and as you may know Positano has a tons of stairs, so getting in the hotel was not easy at all with 2 luggage from the Positano port. The hotel offers very basic breakfast, the staff provide the day before a checklist, I asked for 4 croissants ( I knew they were very small, and in fact they were!!) and they only provided 2 mini croissants plus coffe, butter, and Nutella. Forget about cheese, ham or something else. So don’t expect a wonderful breakfast. Also they don’t serve breakfast before 7:30am, so I only eat one time of my two booked nights. Every time that you leave the hotel you must leave the keys at the lobby 🙄🙄 it’s kinda of annoying and old fashion In general the hotel was clean, and the staff were nice but old fashion. A luxurious resort, high on the cliff in positano. Clise to several restaurants and shops if you dont want to descend to the town centre

Palazzo Marzoli was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life.Rude staff, terrible service, and it is full of scams. Check in was pretty decent. We had an early check in and with the staff I had no problem. I asked for parking for my rental car and it was 30euros a day. ( expensive in my opinion) Everything was ok until we gave my girlfriend’s dress to dry cleaning for ironing. The dress came back dirty and wrinkly. I told them what happened but instead of apologizing they claimed that the dress was already dirty. For the record she never wore that dress. I asked them to not charge me for the mess they have created but at check out they demanded €10. Like this wasn’t enough, they blamed me for breaking their already broken and crappy hairdryer. I called the staff because their hairdryer wasn’t working. As soon as the guy came to check, he made a story up in his mind about how my girlfriend had broken their hairdryer. They told us that my girlfriend had burned the hairdryer with her hair straightener. Seriously man? He came in to the room like a detective and at first glance, he told me the story in his mind. She haven’t even dried her hair since we arrived. This was our second day in the hotel. I tried to explain the staff that my girlfriend didn’t use her hair straightener since she arrived and their hair dryer was already broken. They didn’t believe me of course and blamed me for breaking their hair dryer. I argued and they raised their voice at me. I specifica

The hotel stuff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, the room was clean but my husband found ants in the bathroom. They don’t offer free wiffi like the rest of the hotels, we had to pay. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Daniella at the front desk was very cold and abrupt.

Palazzo Marzoli is a beautiful hotel in Positano. It is further up the hill from the center of town and the beach, but it was a nice walk and the views were unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and did their best to speak English to us as we didn't know Italian. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast delivery was a great way to start each morning.
