Sweetfield Manor

As some people have mentioned, it is sold as a 5* hotel on booking and that is not true. However, if you do book Sweetfield Manor you will not be dissapointed. we stayed in the Hummingbird room and it immediately felt like a home away from home. The room is nice and the big terrace with swing bed it super relaxing. Amenitites are ok although the shower can be cold if too many guests use it. The spa is amazing and the peacocks make it this dreamy location. I would definitely stay here again........The food it good but it can take time before it gets served. If you want the on point 5* experience then do not book but if you look for a really nice homely stay then this is for sure the place for you!

Location is not close to the beach or restaurants so a taxi is required but lovely view from the back garden.

It was very relaxing and as a short stay before a cruise it was perfect especially with all the beautiful peacocks!

Beautiful property and wonderful service. Great food offerings and the Peacocks that roam freely on the grounds are magical!

Softer lighting in room and lobby would enhance the decor,

Quirky. Big spacious bedrooms. Helpful friendly staff. Once grasps easy to use local transport. Lovely pool. Loads of peacocks
