Well appointed apartment , great location close to cafes and town centre. Comfortable beds, great pool.

Great apartment and good communication with manager/owner. Very clean and good amenity. Easy to walk to supermarket and to main areas.

Pool was good for swimming. Good location .

Wasn’t happy with the cost . I paid with a visa debit card and was charged a fee of over $30.00. I felt ripped off as I have never been charged a fee before and at the most should have been 15 cents. This needs to be addressed we could have paid cash.

Beautiful, great sized apartment, clean, in an excellent location. All the little extras you would need, like washing liquid, shampoo etc Personally loved the balcony overlooking the street. No issues at night as the bedroom faces courtyard.

Only had a double bed, which we found way too small, otherwise for what you pay I would have given a 10.

The place was nicely done- mostly clean.

The street was extremely loud all hours of the morning and you can hear everything! There are so many signs up of the dos and don’t in the property along with a few emails that follow to remind you. I didn’t enjoy my stay to be fair.

For the price at least milk could have been provided and not 2nd hand bottles shampoo. Shower soap bottle didn’t work. No rails on pool. When found. Why should we clear the rubbish. Noisy didn’t need lights at night because curtains useless

Check-in was extremely stressful for my elderly parents who don’t speak English. Instructions arrived too late, no staff was on site, and initial phone calls were unanswered. I had to call from another city to help them get in. Then they were blamed for taking an “extra” key and parking in the wrong spot, with the staff insisting there were “clear instructions” — ignoring how lost and anxious they were. This is a fully self-service property — the reception literally says “Do Not Disturb.” Guests are expected to clean the room, take out the rubbish, and return the key in a plastic bag — otherwise, they’re charged $15 for the bag.
