Great location, friendly reception, yummy breakfast.

Pool bar lady working on Monday 15th June at happy hour was fixated on her phone. We ordered some cocktails and these were sitting at the bar for 10 mins before I asked if they ready. Another couple had the same experience. Previous day, the bar attendant was very friendly and informed she would bring the drinks out.

Comfortable, clean room. Good location. $20 buffet breakfast was good value. Nice pool with poolbar available in the arvo

I stayed on the first floor, no lift available. A bit annoying with the stairs with bags/pram etc

Great location. Bungalows comfortable though sharing a balcony with a see through screen not ideal.

Shower was blocked for 3 days. Reported on day 1. Bed uncomfortable, springs in middle collapsed. Regrettably I believe there may have been bed bugs in bed. Also reported by phone day 2.

The bed and mattress were terrible. Loud and squeaky springs and lumpy. We didn't sleep well at all
