Ystad Saltsjöbad

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Jessica and Marie at reception were amazing. They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay! We are very much looking forward to returning for our next stay. Jessica & Perzha xx

Spa’et var okay, men ikke fantastisk.

We unfortunately didnt manage to have a good time at your establishment. We werent able to book a table at any of your restaurants. So we asked in the bar if we could order room service and enjoy it in the lounge area, they said “yes of course”, i then went to the reception to double check and make sure i did it right (ordering roomservice online). She gladly helped me out and was very nice and instructed me in how to do it. 5-10 min after a woman came marching in the lounge upset, and asked around of who ordered room service here. I waved and smiled and asked her if it was about the food i had ordered. She said yes, and agressively told us that is wasnt possible and it could only be served in the room. I then told her, that i had just talked to the reception who told me it was possible, i didnt even mention the bar also told me or the reason why (everything booked up). She then said in an upset tone “okay i’ll go talk to Nanna then!” (I think the name was) And marched agressively out again. She didnt come back to give an update, so we just sat there not knowing if we would have food or not. It kinda ruined our romantic night :/ We just became parents so this was our first time out in a year. After what seems like forever, the food arrived. The wine was fine, but the steak was so salty, it hurt our mouth to eat it. We ate it anyway because we were really hungry at this point. Our room was right by the bar too, så we didnt have much sleep either, we could hear every time the door opened and people were talking. The toilet was also dirty. Maybe avoid room 201.

Fantastisk, som vanligt! Här bara trivs man!

Toppenhelg med mysigt spa, rent och fint och välplanerat. Trevlig personal överallt och supergod mat. Härlig frukostbuffe som ligger i top tre över fina hotelfrukostar. Ett stort plus för att vi kunde ha vår hund med.

Et sted vi helt sikker skal tilbage til. God mad, skønne faciliteter, venligt personale etc. Det kan anbefales.

Pænt og rent overalt. Dog er møblementet nogle steder lidt slidt. Belysning i værelserne er ikke ret gode og der kan ikke læses ved sengene.

Very nice experience, especially the sea view, service and breakfast. Too many people in the pool club, the spas were very crowded. Nice atmosphere everywhere and excelllent service. The staff is very nice and no waiting time at check in/out. We will definately visit again

Skønt ophold i nogle dejlige rammer.

Utmärkt skick och miljö. Utmärkt service och mat. Rummen trånga, mörka med dålig belysning. Bra för resande med hund. Läget oslagbart!

In comparison with other spa hotels we visited, it fell a lot behind with accommodation levels and price points.
