The location was exceptional, beautiful views, staff were so friendly and helpful

The underground car parking was slightly difficult to get in and out of but this was managed as I got used to it during my stay

Location and convenience

Minimal supply of toilet paper, tiny mugs for tea or coffee. That my family weren't all on the same floor so getting to each other's rooms was really challenging.

The side jets on the hot tub didn’t work

Location and proximity to amenities, beach and restaurants was great!

One of the ladies with me was sick and vomited which got on the sheets and in the bathroom. We removed the sheets and cleaned up most of it, but the cleaners charged us $130 to clean it up. That was disappointing.

The staff were consistently friendly, professional and helpful throughout my stay. The location was excellent and the views were great. I also appreciated that the property acknowledged the issues raised and provided partial compensation.

There was significant drilling and construction noise throughout much of my 7 night stay, which affected both my enjoyment of the apartment and my ability to work remotely. The apartment was also much more dated than the photos suggested and had a noticeable smell. Had I been aware of the extent of the building works and the condition of the apartment before booking, I would have chosen alternative accommodation.

The location was great as it was right next to the shopping precinct and Cavill Rd as well as a five minute walk to Surfers Beach. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which allowed us all to relax A well appointed kitchen with most items needed to allow us to cook meals instead of eating out every night. The staff were very approachable and friendly. Having an allocated undercover car park included in the booking was a bonus with easy access through the lift system. Having the choice of 2 pools allowed us to choose options depending on the weather. The change rooms/ toilets area was nicer than we’d found elsewhere.

We experienced very wet and windy weather conditions during our stay. Not sure if this is normal but the whistling through the kitchen window was quite loud. Earplugs would be a good bonus to your packing if you’re a light sleeper as the street noise is very noticeable.
