"Great location but very outdated room"

The pool and bbq area was lovely, clean and well taken care of. It was great that a car park was included and the location is great with the tram stopping right out the front.

The room was extremely worn with very old matched furniture, holes in the curtains, stains all over the carpet and rust in the bathroom. It definitely is due for a major renovation.

The facilities were really great! The room was nice and bigger than expected. Lovely views from the balcony

There was no fry pan. We also did find some cockroaches in the room
