The overall experience was really good.

I didn't like that they couldn't do much about when someone has taken your parking spot underground they just tell you to park outside.

The view is just terrific and the loungeroom is spacious and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Didn't like that the main bedroom didn't have Air-conditioning and couldn't open our curtains because the apartment next door has their dining room looking into our main bedroom which was a definite disappointment.

The proximity to the beach

The indoor pool is quite run down and old - with refurbishment and upkeep this could make it a real highlight. I paid extra for ocean view but we got a room on the side with pool and partial sea view. Cutlery and dishes were dirty and grubby . The towels we were given were completely worn out .

Great facilities, clean large apartment in a good location.

The apartment was modern and good amount of beds for kids in the second room so no fighting
